They were quick to respond to my emails and were able to get me in within the week to have all the air ducts in my house cleaned. My ducts went from about an inch of dust and pet hair to spotless. Didn't even realize the smell coming from my basement almost disappeared thanks to the job these guys did! I highly recommend these guys if you are looking to have your air ducts cleaned for a good price.

Hopped on to update - this is my 3rd time using Carpet Doctor and I continue to have exceptional service and results. As a renter and a Mom with a kiddo who has allergies, I keep up on carpet and furniture cleaning because of dirt/dust. The prices are excellent. I will continue to recommend and use Carpet Doctor.

We recently suffered a water break in our home which had damage to our main and basement floors. Our insurance agency, Michelle Lebel Agency, put is in touch with Adam Tannous of the Carpet Doctor in Rochester, NY.

What a professional and terrific job they did of mitigating the damage caused by the water in our home. The carpets and walls were systematically dried using their dehumidifying and extraction equipment.

Also, their staff was extremely cordial and effective during this trying time for me and my wife.

I would highly recommend their services for any water problem or carpet restoration.
